SHAWNEE – Kynnedy Myers scored her second triple-double of the season as the Lady Bison faltered at home, 3-2 (20-25, 25-22, 18-25, 25-22, 9-15), to Arkansas-Monticello on Friday night in the Noble Complex.

Myers laid down 11 kills on 24 attack attempts while hitting .292 for the match to go along with 39 assists and a team-high 19 digs. The sophomore setter also had two service aces and a block assist.

Nicole Fleitman paced the team with 14 kills, and
Cadyn Laing was second on the team with 12 to her credit. Defensively, four Lady Bison reached double figures in digs, led by Myers.
Darby Maclea (16),
Shekinah Sharpe (15) and
Sierra VeraCruz (13) were the other three to turn the trick. Fleitman and
Taylor Williams tied for a match-high five total blocks, including two solo efforts by Williams, as OBU out-blocked UAM 9-2.
Oklahoma Baptist (13-9, 7-2 GAC) return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 18 as they take on Arkansas-Fort Smith in their final non-conference match of the season. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. inside the Noble Complex.
