Volleyball Falls to Christian Brothers

Oklahoma Baptist finished off its stay in the Rockhurst Invitational on the losing end of a 3-1 outcome against Christian Brothers.


 

OBU lost the match 20-25, 26-24, 25-22, 25-21 to drop to 4-5 on the season.


 

OBU got nine kills and 27 assists while Cat Roth contributed nine kills and five blocks. Denise Coroiescu added eight kills.


 

Kaitlyn Lucy led OBU with 22 digs, followed by Carey Strong with 15 and Shekinah Sharpe with 12.


 

The Lady Bison open Great American Conference action Tuesday with a 7 p.m. tilt at Northwestern Oklahoma State.
