DURANT – Oklahoma Baptist made quick work of Southeastern Oklahoma State, 3-0, in the final Lady Bison Great American Conference road match of the season Tuesday.
Kaitlyn Lucy broke the Great American Conference record for digs, getting her 702nd dig of the season in the first set to break the old mark of 701. With one regular season match and then the NCCAA postseason, Lucy has 715 digs.
Priscila Mendes had a dozen kills to lead the Lady Bison to the 25-16, 25-18, 25-15 win.
Cat Roth added nine kills with Kynnedy Myers recording 27 assists. Myers and Nicole Fleitman had three blocks apiece.
Kate Decker had 15 digs and two aces and Carey Strong added 10 digs.
Now 18-11 overall and 13-2 in the GAC, the Lady Bison host Southern Nazarene at 7 p.m., Thursday, for Senior Night.
