Myers became assistant coach at OBU in 2012 after two years as a graduate assistant.

She played college basketball at Nova Southeastern, where she team captain and was a two-year starter with a career-best 20-point game against Valdosta State and led the team in three-point shooting for the season at 34.4 percent. She made the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Prior to NSU, Myers played in one game at Florida Gulf Coast. She spent two seasons at Kansas City Kansas Community College where she was twice honorable mention All-Conference and team MVP in 2006. She also played in two state finals at Depew High School, where she was All-Region and All-Conference.

Myers holds an associate in arts degree from Kansas City Community College, a bachelor's degree in elementary education from NSU and a master's degree in Athletic Administration from East Central.

She is married to Thomas Myers. The couple has one daughter, Adley Blake.
