• OUTDOOR
  • Participated in six meets
  • Was victorious in the 110 hurdles (14.55) and 400 hurdles (53.11) at the GAC Outdoor Championships (5/2) 
  • Ran a leg on the bronze-winning 4x400 relay (3:19.68) at the conference championship 
  • During the OBU Invitational, won the 110 hurdles (PR; 14.55) and ran a leg on first place 4x400 (3:14.57) 
• INDOOR
  • Ran in five meets
  • PR'd in the 60-meter hurdles (8.36) at the Washburn Open (1/31-2/1)
  • Aided distance medley relay team to fourth place (10:00.86) at the Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/14-15)

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)

• OUTDOOR
  • Participated in seven meets
  • Posted 15, top-five finishes
  • Earned a third-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles (14.88) at the GAC Outdoor Championships (5/2)
  • Also added a runner-up placement in the 400 hurdles (52.72) at the conference's championship
  • Helped the shuttle hurdle relay team to a fourth-place mark (58.86) at the 114th Drake Relays (4/24-27)
• INDOOR
  • Competed in six meets
  • Ran a leg on the second place 4x400 relay (3:16.60) during the Rumble in the Jungle Invitational (1/19) 
  • Took sixth place with a PR of 1:13.16 during the 600-yard run at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/9-10)

• OUTDOOR
  • Competed in nine meets, earned 14 top-four finishes 
  • Won the 400 hurdles at the GAC Outdoor Championship with a personal-best time of 52.87
  • During the OBU Invitae (3/24-25) was a part of two 1st-place finishes: 4x400 and Shuttle Hurdle Relay

  • Posted a personal best in the 300 (35.15) during the Crimson & Gold Invitational (Dec. 10)
  • Notched another PR in the 400 (49.71) at Texas Tech's Matador Qualifier on Feb. 17

  • Earned a top-10 finish in each meet
  • Season-best in 100m Hurdles (14.86) and 400m Hurdles (54.36) at the GAC Championships (5/5-7)
