Luke Coppedge took over the men's golf program prior to the 2018-19 season.
OBU marks the first head coaching job for Coppedge.
Coppedge began his collegiate golfing career at Murray State College in 2011 and was an NJCAA national qualifier in 2012 and 2013. He finished at Southern Nazarene, where he was an NCAA Division II regional qualifier in 2015.
He earned his Associate's Degree in Science from Murray State and a Bachelor's of Business Administration and Environmental Science from Southern Nazarene.
Prior to coming to Bison Hill, Coppedge taught physical science and earth science at Dickson Public Schools and Norman Public Schools. He attends Calvary Baptist Church in Tishomingo.
