Alec Petrocelli

Alec Petrocelli joined the OBU Football staff in the Spring of 2017.

Petrocelli, who coaches tight ends for the Bison, came to OBU from Greensboro College in North Carolina, where he was defensive line coach. He also coached defensive line and tight ends at Clearwater Central Catholic School in Florida, where he graduated in 2009.
 
Petrocelli was a Palms of Pinellas All-Star and an All-County selection in high school. He went on to play at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Petrocelli had professional playing stints with the Orlando Predators (training camp) and the Tampa Bay Storm (practice squad).
 
He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science with a focus in sports administration from UNC in 2014, and completed a master's degree in Sports Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State in 2019.
 
Petrocelli, who attends Life.Church in Shawnee, enjoys working out, fishing and everything to do with sports.
