David Stuart joined the Oklahoma Baptist baseball staff as a graduate assistant coach in 2025 following his playing career with the Bison. A recent student-athlete on Bison Hill, Stuart assists the coaching staff with the day-to-day operations of the program while bringing firsthand knowledge of OBU baseball and the Great American Conference.

Stuart concluded his collegiate playing career at Oklahoma Baptist in 2025, where he led the pitching staff with six victories and earned CSC Academic All-District recognition. He totaled 73.2 innings pitched, recorded 63 strikeouts and tossed one complete game while helping anchor the Bison rotation.

Prior to arriving at OBU, Stuart competed at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi during the 2024 season. Before that, he spent two years at Barton Community College, where he made 30 appearances, struck out 127 batters and limited opponents to a .246 batting average.

A native of Lawrence, KS, Stuart was an All-League selection at Lawrence Free State High School and earned First Team All-Sunflower League honors during his prep career.

Stuart earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Oklahoma Baptist in 2025 and is pursuing a master's degree while serving on the Bison coaching staff.
