SHAWNEE -- Ouachita delivered a dominant all-around performance Saturday, shutting out Oklahoma Baptist 13-0 in seven innings at Bobby Cox Field.
The Tigers struck first in the opening frame, as Jaren Ceasar doubled and later scored on a sacrifice fly from Kyndall Cassidy to take an early 1-0 lead. After a quiet second frame, Ouachita broke the game open in the third, capitalizing on timely hitting and an Oklahoma Baptist error to plate four runs and extend the lead to 5-0.
The offensive surge continued in the fifth and sixth innings, where the Tigers combined for eight more runs. Cade Bowman and Octavio Mendivil each delivered key RBI contributions, while Ceasar paced the lineup with three hits and multiple runs scored. The visitors showed patience at the plate as well, drawing 10 walks and consistently applying pressure.
On the mound, Austin Bagnall turned in a strong outing, earning the win after tossing five scoreless innings. He scattered six hits and struck out three, working out of early traffic to keep Oklahoma Baptist off the board. Braden Tucker followed with two clean innings in relief to secure the shutout.
Oklahoma Baptist managed seven hits but couldn't capitalize, stranding eight runners and committing two errors.

Lucas Schaefer each secured two hits to lead the green and gold's offensive efforts.
The Bison return to action on March 24 at Southern Nazarene.
