SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer team travels to Harding University for a Great American Conference matchup on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 3 p.m.
OBU enters the contest with a record of 0-5-3 (0-2 GAC), while Harding stands at 4-3-1 overall and 1-1 in conference play. The Bison are coming off a 3-1 home loss to Southwestern Oklahoma State, while Harding fell 1-0 to Southern Nazarene in its last outing.
This series has been tightly contested the last two years, with the last competition ending in the Bison edging out Harding in penalty kicks to advance to the GAC final last season.
Bison Notes
- OBU fell 3-1 to SWOSU on Sept. 27 despite outshooting the Bulldogs 13-10.

Hali White scored her second goal of the season in the 12th minute, tying the match early.

- Harding ranks among the top five in the GAC in goals per game (1.75), assists (1.13), and shots (13.5).
- The team is led offensively by Emma Roberts and Reagan Mann, who have combined for five goals this season.
- Goalkeeper Kaitlyn Miller ranks third in the GAC in save percentage (.821) and has recorded two shutouts.
- Harding is 2-1-1 at home this season and will look to bounce back after a narrow loss to SNU.
Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. at the Harding Soccer Field in Searcy. The Bison will aim to earn their first win of the season and climb the GAC standings.
