SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist (1-10-5, 1-7-2 GAC) has two matches remaining this fall with its next one on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at Southern Nazarene (6-8-2, 4-5-1 GAC). That match against the Crimson Storm is set for a 6 p.m. kickoff in Bethany.
Earlier this season, SNU won at OBU 2-0 with goals by Sam Smith and Bella Morgas. Historically, the Bison lead the series 17-9-3 and are 7-4-2 away from Shawnee.

Bison Notes
- Lex Williamson has scored in back-to-back matches. She's got a team- and career-high five goals, which are tied for seventh in the GAC.
- As a team, though, OBU's 13 total goals are sixth out of seven GAC schools and the fewest scored in the Bison's D2 era.
- Also individually, Sam Sheffield and Annabelle Joski are tied for the team lead with two assists.
- Furthermore, Hali White and Tiare Hermosilla have scored two goals apiece.
- OBU is looking to snap a seven-match winless streak (0-5-2) on Wednesday. It's the longest such streak in program history.
- Since the 2016 season, the Bison are 5-1-1 in matches played at Bethany.
Crimson Storm Notes
- SNU has plenty to play for this week. Their 13 points slot them fifth in the standings behind fourth-place Northwestern (16 points). Those two squads will meet on Saturday.
- Morgas is the only player in the GAC with double-digit goals scored (11). She also has a league-high 23 points.
- As a team, the Crimson Storm have tallied a GAC-leading 91 points on 33 goals and 25 helpers.
- The Crimson Storm have three players slotted top-10 in the conference in assists: Ella Adams (4), Gabriella Ponce (3) and Smith (3).
- SNU has played well at home in its last two matches, winning by a combined 6-1 score over Ouachita and East Central.
- In goal, Gianna Bonnett ranks fourth in saves (67) and fifth in goals against average (1.63).
