Harris Garners Second All-America Honor

BROOKFIELD, Ill. – Keilahn Harris was tabbed a 2022 Don Hansen NCAA Division II Honorable Mention All-American for the second consecutive season Tuesday afternoon by the Don Hansen Football Committee.

Harris is the first Bison in program history to earn All-American recognitions in back-to-back seasons. Furthermore, Harris is the only OBU player to collect multiple All-America nods as he earned a spot on D2Football.com's Elite 100 All-America First Team on Jan. 1.

The wideout was one of 14 GAC athletes represented in the release and one of three wide receivers listed.

Before receiving the honors mentioned above, Harris picked up D2CCA All-Region Super Region 3 Second Team and All-GAC First Team recognitions following the 2022 season.

The Richardson, Texas, native went for 1,050 receiving yards and seven touchdowns this season. He hauled in a GAC-best 80 receptions and ranked second in the league for kick return yards (716). Harris tallied three games with 100-plus receiving yards, threw his first career touchdown, and accounted for 1,832 all-purpose yards.

Harris declared for the NFL draft last week, which is slated to begin April 27 and run through April 29.
