SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist women's basketball team hits the road this week for the final time of 2020. The Bison will take on Arkansas Tech this Thursday, Feb. 20, and then head to Searcy to take on Harding on Saturday, Feb. 22.

McKenzie Cooper leads the team with 13.8 points per game and averages 3.8 rebounds per game.
Jaylin Stapleton follows Cooper with an 11.4 points per game average. She is also second on the team in steals with 29 and averages 4.3 rebounds per game. Stapleton will look to extend her double-digit points per game streak to six.
Mikayla Shulanberger leads the team in steals with 37.

Arkansas Tech enters the contest with a 14-8 overall record. However, the Golden Suns are on a three-game skid after falling to Southern Arkansas, Harding, and Arkansas-Monticello. ATU has five different players who all average over 10 points per game. Kaley Shipman leads the team in scoring with a 12.6 average. Shipman is coming off a season-high 20 points.

Harding comes into the week's action having gone 9-1 in the last 10 games. The Bisons will square off against Southern Nazarene before welcoming in the Bison on Saturday. Carissa Caples and Cheyenne Brown led the Bisons in their last outing scoring 33 and 25 points, respectively.

Tip off in Russellville is set for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Saturday's contest is slated for a 1 p.m. start.
