SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist dropped a pair of softball games to Southern Arkansas Saturday to close out day two of a four-game weekend series. The Lady Bison fell in game one, 8-0, and game two, 14-0.
In game one OBU had a total of six hits, with
Cheyenne Demaree leading the team with two.
Katie Long took the loss for OBU giving up five runs on four hits.
In game two, the Lady Bison recorded three hits from Demaree,
Franki Hull, and
Bry Flanagan.
Haylee Hall took the loss for OBU, giving up eight runs on eight hits.
OBU begins its next series on the road against the University of Arkansas at Monticello on Friday, April 5, beginning at 1 p.m.
