DURANT – Oklahoma Baptist struggled to find its rhythm offensively and was unable to keep pace with Southeastern Oklahoma State, losing 80-64 in men's basketball action Thursday night in Durant.
The loss was OBU's third straight and dropped the Bison to 11-10 overall and 10-5 in league play. OBU now finds itself in a three-way tie for third in the league with East Central and Southeastern.

The Bison will have an opportunity to get back into the win column Saturday as they host the league's last-place team, Southwestern Oklahoma State. Game time is set for 3 p.m at the Noble Complex.
OBU opened the first half making just eight-of-27 shots and went into the locker room trailing 40-24. The two teams played an even second half, each scoring 40 points, but the deficit was too much to overcome.
Antonio Wade and
Harrison Stoddart each finished with 16 points to lead the Bison in scoring.
Brantly Thompson was the only other double-digit scorer for OBU with 11 points.
SOSU had two players reach 20 points or more. Kevin Buckingham had 28 points and Jett Jobe added 20 for the Savage Storm who are now 9-1 at home.
