Buffs Blank Lady Bison

CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M shut down Oklahoma Baptist for a 3-0 victory Tuesday.
 
OBU booted 14 shots, led by Emmily Infante with four, and the Lady Bison had seven shots on goal with Hannah White and Kelsi Mensen testing the Lady Buffs keeper twice each.
 
Emily Griffith registered three saves and was charged with all three goals in her 82 minutes. Sam Engles had a save in her eight minutes of net-minding.
 
Now 1-3 on the season, the OBU women open the home portion of their schedule Thursday at 7 p.m. opposite Midwestern State.
