SHAWNEE – Following a short turnaround, Oklahoma Baptist will play their second game in Denver in as many days when they face Johnson & Wales in a nonconference meeting Friday at 2:30 p.m. Central.
 
The Lady Bison (3-6) fell to No. 13 Regis on Thursday afternoon in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference matchup in the second game of the annual Spring Break road trip. OBU averages 7.00 goals per game on a .335 shooting percentage and allows 13.33 goals to opponents. This season, the Lady Bison have averaged 16.00 caused turnovers per game, which ranks third in NCAA Division II.
 
Taylor Skomp is the leading goal scorer on the team with 15 and Breanna Wichert adds 12 goals and 36 draw control wins. Lauren McCormack is tied for the program record with 15 assists and has won a team-high 39 draw controls. Allison Ingrim has caused 30 turnovers this season at a rate of 3.75 per contest, which ranks third in the nation. Courtney Barnickle owns a 12.03 goals-allowed average and has a .388 save percentage in goal.
 
Johnson & Wales is still searching for the first win of the 2018 season. The Wildcats (0-8) score 4.00 goals per game and allow 16.38 to the opposition. Ashley Guerrero is the top scorer on the team with 16 goals and she is tied with Kyra Gangemi at three assists. Gangemi is also the team leader with 27 draw controls won and Guerrero has a team-high 13 caused turnovers. Madison Herbert allows 16.38 goals on a .454 save percentage.
