SEARCY, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist rallied late to send the game to overtime but couldn't get the road win, falling in extra time at Harding, 72-69.

Chandler Rickey tipped in a missed three-pointer with one second left in regulation to send the game to overtime, 63-63.

Harrison Stoddart scored a team-high 16 points and had a double-double with 14 rebounds.
Brantly Thompson and
Vladimir Nemcok added 15 apiece.
Chandler Rickey had 10 rebounds to go with nine points.

Despite a rugged first half shooting, the Bison had a 34-31 lead at halftime.

OBU trailed by nine with 4:25 to play. Nemcok scored on a layup and Thompson added a three-pointer to make it a 61-57 game with 2:16 to go.

Harding added a pair of free throws with 1:44 to play in regulation but was done scoring until overtime. Stoddard cut the lead to four with 1:26 to go and after a steal, Nemcok canned two free throws to make it a two-point game.

OBU got a Stoddart rebound off a missed shot with 32 seconds left to set up the game-tying basket.

The Bison were out-scored 9-6 in the overtime period.

Now 9-13 overall and 6-10 in the Great American Conference, the Bison head to Russellville, Arkansas, for a 3 p.m. game Saturday.
