DURANT – Oklahoma Baptist dropped a pair of games Saturday in the Southeastern Regional Invitational.

The Lady Bison lost 11-3 to Washburn and 4-3 to Missouri Southern.

Chandler Roberts (0-1) took the loss in the opener.

OBU had seven hits in the game, including doubles by
Shelby Savage,
Katie Reyes,
Bry Flanagan and
Miranda Garza.
Â
Reyes doubled, stole third and scored on an RBI single by Cricket Grabin in the second inning. The Lady Bison added two more in the fifth on RBI doubles by Garza and Flanagan.

Savage led OBU with two hits.

Katie Long (1-1) took the loss in the second game.

OBU got its first run on back-to-back doubles by
Dani Manning and Long in the sixth inning and a solo home run by Flanagan in the seventh.
Cheyenne Demaree and Grabin had the only other two hits.

Now 1-3, the Lady Bison return to action Friday in the North Texas Softball Bash in Mesquite, Texas, taking on Midwestern State and Texas A&M-Commerce.
