OBU to Battle for GAC Tourney Berth Saturday

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist's postseason hopes may very well rest on winning at East Central in the regular season finale in Ada at 5:30 p.m., Saturday.

The Lady Bison still control their own fate and will make the postseason with a win, taking the lead in all three and four-way ties. But a loss would end the season if Northwestern or Southern Arkansas wins. The same goes for East Central. A win puts the Tigers in, but a loss could end their season, depending on other outcomes.

McKenzie Cooper leads the Lady Bison at 17.6 points per game with Tasha Edge averaging 14.8 points and a team-leading 8.5 rebounds. Lexi Williams averages 10.4 points per game.
