OBU Faces Dawgs in Weatherford

SHAWNEE – After a week away from the court to focus on finals, Oklahoma Baptist resumes action when they head to Weatherford to take on Southwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday, Dec. 15 inside the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
 
Last Time Out
  • The Bison dropped East Central, 76-66, to move to 2-1 in the Great American Conference last Tuesday, Dec. 4

  • SWOSU is just behind OBU in scoring offense this year, pouring in an average of 85.0 points. Reigning co-GAC Player of the Week Tre Evans leads the GAC at 27.6 ppg
  • The Dawgs are last in scoring defense, however, allowing 95.1 ppg while allowing opponents to hit just under 50 percent of their field goal attempts, including 43.9 percent of attempts from beyond the arc
  • Cheik Fall and Evans lead SWOSU with 6.6 and 6.4 rpg, but SWOSU holds a minus-1.1 rebounding margin
