SHAWNEE – No. 1-seeded Oklahoma Baptist kicks off their attempt to claim their second piece of silverware when they take on No. 4-seed Ouachita Baptist on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. when the two sides meet in the Great American Conference Tournament semifinals.

Oklahoma Baptist (14-4, 12-0 GAC) became the first team in conference history to maintain a perfect record through regular season conference play. The Lady Bison have beaten Ouachita (9-9, 7-5 GAC) by an aggregate score of 3-1 over two earlier meetings this season.

The Lady Bison rank second in the GAC on 43 goals for the year, led by
Ruth King's tally of 13.

Tori Kitchel have each chipped in with six each. King and White have combined for 13 assists this year, with King boasting a team-high seven assists.

A stalwart defense against conference teams in the regular season, OBU allowed just six goals over the course of the 12-match league season, with three of those goals coming in an extra time thriller against Southwestern Oklahoma State last week. The backline of

Kelsey Bumgarner had a conference-best nine clean sheets.
Emily Griffith leads the GAC with a .96 goals-against average while owning an .800 save percentage with 60 saves.

Ouachita Baptist is led offensively by Bryson Thomas on six goals, supplied by Jaymee Dotson and Ashlyn Heckman with five assists apiece. Erin Webster is averaging 1.47 goals against, and has a league-leading save percentage of .821.
