Lady Bison Visit SNU Tuesday

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist rolls into Southern Nazarene for the final installment of the women's soccer rivalry game Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
 
The Lady Bison are 8-0 in the Great American Conference and 10-4 overall after sweeping their Arkansas trip with shutouts at Ouachita Baptist and Harding. OBU has not allowed a goal in the last four games – all on the road.
 
The eight-game OBU win streak includes a 5-0 win over Southern Nazarene in Shawnee. Ruth King had four goals, Tori Kitchel had a goal and an assist and Hannah White, Jennifer Goethe and Reagan Mann all contributed assists. Emily Griffith and Sam Engles turned away all five SNU shots on goal.
 
King leads OBU with 24 points on 10 goals and four assists and Griffith leads the conference with a 0.99 goals-against average. Griffith has 44 saves.
 
Kelsi Bussert leads SNU with six goals and 12 points. Ashlynn Pritchett carries a 3.20 goals-against average with 92 saves.
