SEARCY, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist had a 2-1 lead in the first half but Harding rallied for a 4-2 win Saturday.
Jesus Andrade scored in the 14
th minute for a 1-0 lead, posting a turnaround shot into the lower left corner.
Jason Diaz tied the match for Harding in the 29
th minute, but
Andrew Simon scored for the first time this season, collecting a rebound from Andrade and tapping in a shot to the lower left. The 2-1 OBU lead lasted until the 43
rd minute when Christian Ramos knotted things.
HU scored twice more in the second half.
OBU had 11 shots and put four of those on target.
Alejandro Castillo took three shots and Andrade led with two shots on goal.
Parker Lawter finished with eight saves in goal for the Bison.
Now 2-12 on the season and 1-4 in the GAC, OBU finishes the conference schedule at Southern Nazarene at 8 p.m., Tuesday.
