Henderson State stands third in the Great American Conference, owning a 9-4 mark among its 13-6 overall record. OBU enters at 11-8 overall and in a three-way logjam for fourth at 6-7 in the GAC.

th place with four teams tied at 5-8 ahead of 4-9 Southern Arkansas. The top eight teams advance to March's conference tournament in Bartlesville.

McKenzie Cooper leads the team at 17.8 points per game, followed by
Tasha Edge at 15.1,
Shaylan Coleman at 12.7 and
Lexi Williams at 10.8. Point guard
Autumn Avina has 90 assists and 46 steals. Edge leads the team with 8.7 rebounds per game.

HSU also features four double-figure scorers in Pink Jones (16.3), Haleigh Henson (13.3), Torrie Thompson (11.1) and Hailey Estes (10.9), though Thompson has missed the last four games.

Henderson State scored an 85-61 win over the Lady Bison in Arkansas last December, getting 22 points from Thompson. Edge got a double-double in the last meeting, picking up 11 points and 10 rebounds.
