Tasha Edge fought through foul trouble for 19 points and seven rebounds to help Oklahoma Baptist to a 76-67 win at Southern Nazarene Monday night.

OBU won after trailing at halftime for the first time this season.

The Lady Bison endured some of its worst shooting of the season in the first half, hitting 37 percent from the field, 21 percent from three-point range and 50 percent from the free throw line, but only trailed 36-32.
Autumn Avina scored eight points in the first half.

Edge scored eight points in the third quarter to guide OBU to a 54-48 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Shaylan Coleman scored on a jumper with 4:46 left in the game to put OBU ahead by 13, its largest lead, 66-53.

Like Edge, Coleman played well with four fouls, scoring 13 points to go with six rebounds.

McKenzie Cooper tallied 17 points and Avina added 13.
Lexi Williams came up with three steals.

Oklahoma Baptist returns to action Thursday in the Noble Complex, hosting East Central in a 5:30 p.m. contest.
