SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist travels to Alva Saturday to take on Northwestern Oklahoma State in 1 p.m. women's basketball contest.
 
The Lady Bison take a two-game win streak into the game after a victory Thursday over Southeastern Oklahoma State in the Noble Complex. OBU is 8-5 overall and 3-4 in the Great American Conference.
 
McKenzie Cooper leads OBU at 17.7 points per game, followed by Tasha Edge at 16.2, Shaylan Coleman at 11.8 and Lexi Williams at 10.8. The Lady Bison lead the GAC across the board in shooting at 46.5 percent from the field, 38.3 percent from three-point range and 81.5 percent from the free throw line.
 
Jade Jones leads the Lady Rangers at 12.2 points per game with Kinsey Neiderer checking in at 10.1.
 
Northwestern also is 3-4 in the GAC and owns a 7-6 record. The Lady Rangers are 4-1 in Alva this season.
