SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist travels to Weatherford Thursday to face Southwestern Oklahoma State at the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.

The match marks the fourth straight Great American Conference opponent for the Lady Bison (9-7, 4-0 GAC), with the previous three matches ending with OBU sweeps. Dating back to the Northwestern Oklahoma State match on Sept. 12, the Lady Bison have won the past 10 sets against conference foes by a combined 86 points.

Southwestern snapped a seven-match losing streak Tuesday, defeating Southeastern Oklahoma State 3-0. Four of the seven losses for the Bulldogs (5-12, 2-2 GAC) were five-set matches. SWOSU picks up 10.4 kills as a team on a .165 attack percentage. Danusia Sipa Borgeau leads the team with 2.73 kills per set and Kodee Avery provides 8.10 assists, which ranks sixth in the GAC. JaLisa Hollingshed is 10
th in the league with 0.90 blocks and Kaitlyn Dillon is fourth in the GAC at 4.96 digs per set.
