SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist continues their three-game road trip Thursday against Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opponent Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction, Colorado.
 
The Lady Bison (2-4, 0-2 RMAC) are looking for their first RMAC win of the season in the inaugural year of competition in league. Thursday's game is set to start at 4 p.m. Mountain (5 p.m. Central) at Walker Field.
 
Alexis Martin leads OBU with nine goals scored this season after netting two goals in a loss to Westminster Tuesday. Lauren McCormack has won 29 draw controls, and Allison Ingrim has scooped up a team-high 29 ground balls. Freshman Breanna Wichert has a shots on goal percentage of .706, the highest on the squad.
 
Courtney Barnickle has compiled a goals-allowed average of 14.40 on a .373 save percentage. She has made 38 saves in six starts in goal this season.
 
Colorado Mesa fell to 3-2 on the season and 1-1 in RMAC play with a 19-7 loss to second-ranked Lindenwood earlier in the week. The Mavericks are paced by Lindsi Peters with 16 goals scored. Jessica Cook has added 12 goals and Jillian Pfeifer leads the team with 17 ground balls.
 
Pfeifer has also seen the most time in goal, starting three games this season and registering a 10.51 goals-allowed average. She has 33 saves with a .434 save percentage.
 
OBU wraps up the road trip Saturday afternoon against Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.
