SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist finishes off its Arkansas-Monticello series with a home game in the Noble Complex Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
 
Arkansas-Monticello beat OBU in Arkansas, 74-54. Travon Moore led the Bison with 18 points and Kevin Franceschi added 10. Chandler Rickey missed the game with a concussion. Moore also led the team with eight rebounds, three assists and two steals. Vicktor Arnick led Arkansas-Monticello with 17 points with 15 from Karim Mawuenyega. OBU was 2 of 18 from the three-point line with Moore getting both of those baskets in five shots.
 
Oklahoma Baptist won back-to-back conference games for the first time since joining the Great American Conference when they put together wins against Southwestern Oklahoma State and Northwestern Oklahoma State. The two wins moved OBU out of 12th place.
 
Chandler Rickey needs 20 points to become the 48^th member of OBU men's basketball's 1000-point Club. He also blocked three shots Saturday to give himself the single season Great American Conference record, now at 65 blocks, with two games to go.
 
Rickey leads the Bison at 15.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Kevin Franceschi averages 14.7, Steven Green 11.1, Travon Moore 10.5 and Vladimir Nemcok 10.4 points per game. Nemcok leads at 81 assists and Moore has a team-high 23 steals.
 
Arkansas-Monticello is tied for first in the GAC at 16-4, with a 20-4 overall record. Derylton Hill leads the team at 17.5 points per game, with Cobe Goosby at 15.2.
