SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist travels to Durant Saturday to continue a rivalry that will be the most repeated series in OBU history.
 
OBU and Southeastern will be meeting for the 150^th time, tying the record OBU holds with Phillips for most games in an OBU men's basketball series.
 
Southeastern snapped a seven-game slide against OBU last year and swept the first-ever Great American Conference series between the two. Their win over OBU this season gives the Savage Storm a three-game win streak
 
Chandler Rickey led the Bison with 13 points and Steven Green added 10 in OBU's loss to SOSU in the Noble Complex in January. Jett Jobe and Gianpalo Riccio led Southeastern with 13 points apiece.
 
OBU's elimination number is one. The Bison must win every game the rest of the regular season to qualify for the NCCAA postseason.
 
Despite coming up with no blocked shots Thursday, Rickey continues to lead the Great American Conference in the category at 2.8 per game for 54 on the season. The game at ECU was the first time this season Rickey did not record a blocked shot.
 
Southeastern Oklahoma State comes into the game on a five-game slide after beating Southern Nazarene in Bloomer Sullivan Jan. 23. Three of those losses have been by two points or fewer. Anton Cook has led the Savage Storm in scoring in each of the last seven games, including a 43-point outing in an 87-85 loss at Henderson State. Cook averages 17.5 points per game.
 
Rickey leads the Bison at 15.7 points per game with Kevin Franceschi averaging 14.1 points. Steven Green averages 12 points and 7.2 rebounds, Vladimir Nemcok scores 10.7 points per game and leads the team with 62 assists and Travon Moore averages 10.4 points per game.
