Reddies Halt Lady Bison

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Tasha Edge recorded a double-double for the Lady Bison in Oklahoma Baptist's 85-61 loss at Henderson State Saturday.

Edge had 11 points and 10 rebounds as OBU placed three players in double figure scoring.

Lexi Williams led the Lady Bison with a dozen points and Shaylan Coleman added 10.

OBU fell behind 20-5 in the latter part of the first quarter, but scored the last seven points. Allies Fuller had four points and Sydney Hein three in that run, which left OBU trailing 20-12 heading into the second quarter.

The Lady Bison played without Great American Conference assists leader Autumn Avina, due to injury, and the squad managed only two assists for the game.

OBU got the lead under 10 points early in the third quarter on a Coleman basket.
