SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist will face their second Great American Conference opponent in as many days when they host Henderson State at noon Saturday in the Noble Complex.

The Lady Bison (10-9, 5-1 GAC) defeated Ouachita Baptist in straight sets Friday night, setting a new season-high at 15.0 total blocks. OBU averages 2.50 blocks per set, which ranks first in the GAC and 11
th in NCAA Division II.

Henderson State defeated Southern Nazarene 3-1 in Bethany Friday night to end a three-match losing streak. The Reddies (10-9, 3-3 GAC) average 19.17 digs per set, the top mark in the GAC. Sydney Skelton scoops up the second-most digs in the conference with 5.61 per set. Courtney Bolf leads the offense at 3.58 kills, Sariah Boney assists at a rate of 6.35 per set and Adrianna Hartmann picks up 0.93 blocks.

Saturday will mark just the third meeting between the programs. Oklahoma Baptist has won the previous two contests.
