Preston Haire threw two touchdown passes in a 52-14 loss at Ouachita Baptist Saturday.

Down 14-0, the Bison got on the board in the second quarter on an eight-play 75-yard drive.

A 27-yard Haire pass to
Alex Lewis fueled the drive and
Cagney Roberson, who had five receptions for 100 yards, scored the touchdown from 27 yards away, back-pedaling into the end zone.

Luke Wendl added the point after to cut the lead to 14-7 with 10:07 remaining in the first half.

OBU got its second touchdown in the third quarter when Haire threw to
Seth Glasscock, who withstood what was called a targeting call and held on for the 10-yard scoring play.

The touchdown capped an 11-play, 75-yard scoring drive, which included a 23-yard pass from Haire to Roberson and a 29-yard gallop by
Hayden Ashley on a fake punt.

Went he did punt, Ashley did well. He averaged 41.4 yards, placing one of his five punts inside the 20.

Haire was 17 of 33 for 200 yards.
Stephan Turner had seven receptions for 57 yards.Â
Isaiah Mallory rushed for 61 yards on 13 carries.

Josh Arnold led the Bison with 10 tackles with
Landon Rowlett adding eight with one pass broken up.
Ke'Landus Culton had one tackle for loss and one pass break up.
Dante Foster also broke up a pass.

OBU returns home Saturday to take on Southwestern Oklahoma State in the Homecoming and Senior Day contest.
