SHAWNEE – One win stands in the way of Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer claiming the Great American Conference regular season title for the first time in program history. The Lady Bison will look to clinch the regular season crown and the right to host the GAC Tournament when they hit the road to face East Central in Ada at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19.

Oklahoma Baptist (13-1-1, 8-0-1 GAC) has gone on a tear this season, going unbeaten in a program-record 11 straight matches. East Central (5-5-3, 2-2-3 GAC) currently resides in fourth place in the league with three matches left, and have only won once in their last five outings.

The Lady Bison put up a season-high five goals against Southern Nazarene on Tuesday to close out the regular season home slate, and have scored 36 goals this season.
Ruth King leads a squad with 10 goals to her credit, and also has a team-best seven assists.
Hannah White is second on the team with six goals, while
Emmily Infante and
Abigail Parker each have four tallies.

East Central has limited opponents to one goal per outing and a shooting percentage of just .051 despite giving up 19.5 shots per match. Chloe Hull has seen the most action in goal this season, posting a 1.04 goals-against average and .850 save percentage.

Oklahoma Baptist's defense has been the toast of the GAC, posting a league-high six clean sheets and only needs two more to tie the program's single-season record.
Emily Griffith has a .91 GAA and .731 save percentage, and needs just one more shutout to post the individual single-season shutout record at OBU.
