SHAWNEE – The Lady Bison open the second half of Great American Conference play in the Noble Complex at 5:30 p.m. Thursday evening against Henderson State.

RETURNING REDDIES:
Henderson State won the first bout in Arkadelphia earlier this season by a score of 89-73. The Reddies lost all but the second quarter to the Lady Bison as they outscored OBU 23 to 12. Pink Jones led all scorers with 23 points as she sits fourth in the GAC in scoring, averaging 15.4 per contest. HSU averages 75.2 points per game as a team -- good enough for second in the conference. They also lead in steals, poking 8.6 per game as Jones leads the GAC in the same category.

OPTIMISTIC OBU:
Coming off of a thrilling 81-79 win over Southwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday, the Lady Bison look to continue the positive outcomes through the second half of the season. Everything finally clicked for OBU, as
Autumn Avina recorded the first triple-double in Lady Bison history,
Katy Custer put in a double-double in 24 points and 12 rebounds and
Tasha Edge poured in 5-of-9 from three-point range. During the first round against HSU, the now-injured
Cameerah Graves led the Lady Bison with 19 points and Edge recorded one of many double-doubles on the season.
