SHAWNEE, Okla. – Following a third-straight defeat to a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opponent, the Lady Bison will look to get their season back on track Friday, March 18, against Colorado State-Pueblo. Game time is set for 4 p.m., and marks the last time Oklahoma Baptist will play a Division II foe this season.
Oklahoma Baptist (3-4) has dipped under the .500 mark for the first time this season following an 18-2 reversal to Fort Lewis College on Wednesday.
Alexis Martin continues to average two goals per game against RMAC opponents, and as the only Lady Bison to find the back of the net on Wednesday. Despite a stellar 11-save performance by
Sabrina Attaway, the defense still allowed 18 or more goals for a third straight game. The Lady Bison continue to excel in the ground ball department, led by
Allison Ingrim who is collecting 3.6 per game.
Colorado State-Pueblo (3-2) will enter the game hot off a 12-8 win over McKendree on Wednesday, and have won their last two games on the hop. The ThunderWolves are averaging over 12 goals per game, led by Allison Wurscher and Leah Neumann who are each averaging 2.4 goals per game. Defensively, the Pack has allowed just 9.8 goals through five games.
The game on Friday concludes OBU's trek through the Rockies. The Lady Bison will then travel to Conway, Arkansas, for a game against Hendrix College on Wednesday, March 23 at 6 p.m.

- Beech played collegiately for Oklahoma State and the University of Oklahoma in the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association, featuring as a defensive midfielder
- Developing the sport from the grassroots levels, helped to form the first boys' high school program in Oklahoma in 2006
- Prior to taking over at OBU, Beech made coaching stops at Deer Creek Lacrosse Club and Edmond Lacrosse Club and holds a Level 2 coaching certificate through US Lacrosse
Colorado State - Pueblo: Monica Potter- Monica Potter is in her second season in charge at CSU-Pueblo, serving as the head coach since the ThunderWolves' inaugural season in 2014
- Has developed two All-RMAC players, Tori Gray and Webb, who earned second team honors

Lady Bison Drop Decision to Skyhawks-
Alexis Martin scored two more goals to continue her torrid start to her Lady Bison career, but OBU still fell 18-2 to Fort Lewis College on Wednesday afternoon in Durango, Colo.

Lady Bison Defensive Notes- With one caused turnover on Wednesday, Morrison has 54 to her credit and has now moved into a tie with
Emily Gilbert for the most caused turnovers in program history
- Attaway is just seven saves shy of the 250 save mark
- The defense has caused 73 turnovers, accounting for 49.4 percent of opponents' turnovers
- OBU has collected 167 ground balls this season for an average of 23.9 per game. Ingrim leads the team with 25, which ranks as the ninth-best total for a single season
- The Lady Bison have successfully cleared on 73.8 percent of their attempts
