Lady Bison Clobber ECU

In one of its most dominating performances of the season, Oklahoma Baptist clobbered East Central 91-59 Saturday in the Noble Complex.

Birthday girl Arielle Cooper had 19 points on 8 of 13 shooting to lead the Lady Bison. Cameerah Graves added 18 points, McKenzie Cooper tossed in 15 and Kiara Moore added 10.

OBU poured in a season-best 15 three-pointers in 30 attempts, getting four each from Graves and McKenzie Cooper.

Tasha Edge led OBU with seven rebounds and Moore had seven assists. Graves and Lexi Williams led the team with three steals apiece.

OBU forced 19 turnovers and held ECU to 32 percent shooting.

Now 10-13 on the season, the Lady Bison head to Southern Nazarene for a 5:30 p.m. contest Monday.
