The rivalry continues after a 21-year hiatus. OBU has won the last four meetings and Northeastern State hasn't beaten the Lady Bison since the 1990-91 season.

The Lady Bison haven't played on New Year's Eve since 2011. OBU won that game, beating John Brown 69-60 in a Sooner Athletic Conference game.

Tasha Edge leads OBU with 12.7 points and 8.2 rebounds.

Rylie Torrey leads Northeastern State at 18.4 points per game, followed by Cailyn Long at 16.2. The Riverhawks average 67.7 points per game. Torrey was a JuCo All-American and led the nation with a 94.7 free throw percentage.
