WICHITA, Kan. - Oklahoma Baptist qualified three athletes at the Wichita State Multi Thursday and Friday.
Andrew Worley placed 7
th in the heptathlon at 4478. He ran the 60 meters in 7.26, the 60 hurdles in 9.30 and the 1000 in 3:01.14. Worley cleared 21-2.75 in the long jump, 5-10.5 in the high jump and 11-9.75 in the pole vault. He also had a shot put of 34-4.5.
Lacey Herbert was eighth (3089) and
Carleigh Neal was 13
th (2487) in the women's pentathlon.
Herbert ran a 9.48 60 hurdles and a 2:34.19 800 meters. She cleared 4-10.25 in the high jump and 15-7 in the long jump. Her shot put was 33-6.75.
Neal had a shot put of 28-9.75. She ran the 60 hurdles in 10.25 seconds and the 800 in 3:02.69. Her high jump was 4-9 and her long jump was 15-.275.
