SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist used a 56 percent shooting hand in the second half to drop Oklahoma Wesleyan 89-71 Saturday in the Noble Complex.
 
The Bison trailed by as many as five points in the first half and closed to within 41-40 of the Eagles by halftime.
 
OBU quickly regained the lead and outscored their NAIA guests by 19 points in the second half.
 
Chandler Rickey led the Bison with 23 points and 
Travon Moore came off the bench for 22. 
Steven Green had 17 points and 10 rebounds and 
Kevin Franceschi added 17 points and five assists.
 
Now 3-4 on the season, the Bison host Central Christian College of the Bible in a 7:30 p.m. tip, Jan. 3.
