SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist will kick off the second leg of the Great American Conference slate Wednesday against Ouachita in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

It marks the midway point of the season-high five match road trip. The Lady Bison are 1-1 through the first two matches of the trip, taking down Northwestern Oklahoma State and falling in overtime to Southwestern Oklahoma State.

Ruth King continues to drive the offense and now has 12 points on the season after her fifth goal of the year against SWOSU. She ranks fifth in the GAC in total points this season.
Abigail Hicks has netted four goals for the Lady Bison and ranks second on the team with 10 points.

OBU will see a drastic change of pace from their last match against SWOSU. The Bulldogs have the highest-scoring offense in the league, while Ouachita ranks sixth in the conference and has scored just nine goals all season.

The Tigers are one of the top defensive teams in the GAC, having allowed just nine goals in 11 matches. Erin Webster has a save percentage of .900 and has been the GAC Goalkeeper of the Week three times this season. Oklahoma Baptist fell 0-1 in overtime in the first meeting between these teams this season.
