Lady Bison Rout Virginia State

Oklahoma Baptist moved to 2-0 with a 3-0 win over Virginia State in the Nova Southeastern Shark Invitational Friday.

Cadyn Laing had 10 kills in OBU's 25-17, 25-13, 25-10 rout of Virginia State, while Myers contributed 22 assists. Carey Strong tacked on two aces.

Lucy led the team with a dozen digs and Laing blocked three attacks.

The 2-0 Lady Bison return to action Saturday with matches against Eckerd College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
