Lopers Take Lady Bison in Three Sets

Nebraska-Kearney, ranked 15th nationally, knocked off Oklahoma Baptist in three sets Saturday morning, 25-17, 25-16, 25-17.


 

Denise Coroiescu led the team with 11 kills, while Kynnedy Myers added nine kills and 20 assists.


 

Defensively, Kaitlyn Lucy led with 25 digs, followed by Myers with 17 and Coroiescu with 13. Nicole Fleitman had five blocks.


 

Now 5-7, the Lady Bison play Northwest Missouri State at 4 p.m. to finish off the MIAA-GAC Crossover.
