Former Oklahoma Baptist catcher Jocee Frank (Sparks) returned to Bison Hill as an assistant coach in July 2026 after spending the previous two seasons in the same role at Seminole State College (NJCAA), where she helped guide the Trojans to a 51-6 record and an appearance in the 2026 NJCAA Division I Softball World Series. 

The Maud, Okla., native also served within the SSC athletic department as an office manager. Furthermore, she worked with the Oklahoma City Spark of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) in a variety of roles during the 2023 campaign.

Frank earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Exercise Science at OBU in 2023 before attaining a Master's degree in Education from East Central in 2024.

During her playing days for the Bison, Frank started 100 games, collected 75 hits, 15 doubles, 13 homers and 59 RBI. Plus, on the defensive front, she attained 397 putouts and posted a superb .989 fielding mark.
