AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

• OUTDOOR
  • Competed in seven meets
  • PR'd in the 800m (2:08.46) at the Arkansas Twilight (5/8)
  • Finished third in the 1,500m (4:37.47) at the GAC Championships (4/29-5/1)
  • Also took seventh at the GAC title meet in the 800m (2:14.42)
  • Set a personal best (4:31.88) in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/16-4/18)
  • Posted a total of eight top-10 finishes during the year
• INDOOR
  • Competed in three meets
  • Posted three top-10 finishes
  • Took fifth (12:32.61) in the DMR and seventh (5:04.45) in the mile at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/31)
• CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in four meets during the season
  • Ran a season-best (19:10.2) in the 5K at the Southern Stampede (9/4)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

• Did not compete during the year

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)

• OUTDOOR
  • Earned eight, top-three placements during the spring 
  • PR'd and claimed third place in the 1,500-meter run at the GAC Outdoor Championship (4:39.15) 
  • Also added a third-place finish in the 800-meter finals at the conference championship (2:13.69) 
  • Earned another PR in the 800 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (2:13.12) 
• INDOOR 
  • PR'd in the 3,000 during the Crimson & Gold Invitational with a time of 10:25.57
  • Earned a personal-best time in the mile (5:03.02) at the Pitt State Indoor Gorilla Classic on Feb. 9 
• CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in six meets 
  • Finished in eighth during the 5K GAC Championships (18:20.8)
  • Secured GAC Freshman of the Year and All-GAC First Team honors
  • Posted a PR of 22:33.1 during the 6K NCAA DII Central Region Championships

• Ran Varsity Track and Field for 4 years at Norman North HS
