Kyle Webb joined Oklahoma Baptist softball program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2018.
 
Webb, a native of McLoud, was a volunteer assistant coach at Rose State for the past three seasons and was the softball head coach at Putnam City High School in 2017 and 2018. He has coached a travel team since 2000 and coached at the Oklahoma Athletics Softball Academy since 2009. Webb is the Director of Putnam City Futures.
 
Prior to coaching, Webb was a lieutenant for the Oklahoma City Police Department, retiring after 25 years of service. He is the recipient of the Oklahoma City Police Department Medal of Valor and volunteered as a coach in the Police Athletic League from 1994-1996. 
 
Coach Webb is married to Jill Webb and they have three children, Brooke Schmitz, Melissa Knight and Kylee Webb. He enjoys camping, hunting and woodworking and attends Newchurch in Oklahoma City.
