Elliott Cockrum joined the Oklahoma Baptist men's soccer staff as a volunteer assistant coach prior to the 2019 season.

Cockrum currently serves as a coach with the Oklahoma City Futsal Club, and also has experience working as an assistant coach for Choctaw High school. He played at Choctaw, earning All-District honors before going on to be a kicker at Central Oklahoma, Globe Institue of Technology and Arkansas State.

A native of Choctaw, Cockrum graduated from Oklahoma State in 2018. In his free time, Cockrum enjoys developing soccer-specific strength and conditioning training, fishing, and taking care of his dog and fish.
