AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

  • Did not compete in any meets
• INDOOR
  • Competed in the Crimson & Gold Invitational on Dec. 7, 2004
  • Placed 24th in the 3,000 with a time of 9:03.71
• CROSS COUNTRY
  • Ran in five meets
  • Posted a personal-best four-mile effort (20:42.9) at the Rogers State Distance After Dark meet
  • Registered another PR in the 8K Alabamah Huntsville Chargers Invitational (26:04.6) 
  • Closed the fall season with a personal-best time in the 10K Central Region Championships (34:05.7)

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)

• OUTDOOR
  • Competed in five meets
  • Ran a personal-best 10:19.49 and finished in 11th in the 3,000 steeplechase during the GAC Outdoor Championships 
  • Added another PR in the 1,500 (4:07.20) at the OBU Invitational (3/30)
• INDOOR
  • Over the course of three meets, PR'd in three different events
  • At the Rumble in the Jungle Invitational, finished in ninth in the mile (4:20.24) 
  • Also ran a personal-best 1:59.67 in the 800-meter run at the Pitt State Invitational (1/27)
  • His final PR was in the 3,000 (8:50.98) at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/9) 
• CROSS COUNTRY
  • Ran in six meets during the fall
  • His best 8K time came during the DBU Old Glory Gallop (26:12.0)
  • Also competed in the 10K NCAA DII Central Region Championships (36:57.8)

PRIOR TO OBU

• Earned four varsity letters at Elk City High School
• Ran varsity cross country for 4 years
• Made All-State in 2022
