Mason Farquhar joined the Oklahoma Baptist football staff in 2025 as quarterbacks coach after spending five seasons developing under Division I coaching staffs at Oklahoma and Tulsa.

Prior to arriving on Bison Hill, Farquhar served as a graduate assistant at the University of Tulsa from March 2022 through February 2025. During his time with the Golden Hurricane, he worked with both the offensive line and linebacker units while gaining experience in multiple facets of the program.

Before Tulsa, Farquhar spent two seasons at the University of Oklahoma as an offensive student assistant and analyst. Working under head coach Lincoln Riley, he assisted with quarterback drills, recruiting events, scouting and game preparation while working alongside some of college football's top offensive talent.

During his time in Norman, Farquhar was part of Oklahoma teams that captured the 2020 Big 12 Championship, the 2020 Cotton Bowl championship and the 2021 Alamo Bowl title. He also worked within a quarterback room that featured Spencer Rattler and Caleb Williams, the latter of whom went on to win the 2022 Heisman Trophy.

Farquhar's coaching career began at Union High School in Tulsa, where he worked from 2017-20 after graduating from the program as a student-athlete.

A native of Tulsa, OK, Farquhar earned his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma in 2021 before completing a master's degree in Sports Leadership from Tulsa in 2024.
